How Minted & Marked handles account, order, inquiry and customer-upload information.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you place an order, create an account or request a custom project. This may include contact and delivery details, order selections, messages and images you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare quotes, create and deliver products, provide customer support, maintain order history, prevent misuse and meet business or legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.
Private uploads
Customer reference images are stored outside the public Media Library or in protected database storage. Access uses long, unguessable links and is limited to the customer/order context and authorized staff. Customers should still avoid uploading information not needed to make their product.
Accounts, payments and service providers
WordPress and WooCommerce provide the account and order system. Payment, hosting, delivery and email providers may process the minimum information required to perform their services. Passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than readable passwords.
Retention and choices
We retain order records and related production information as reasonably necessary for support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. You may contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of eligible personal information.
