Terms for personalized, made-to-order and custom-project purchases.
Order details and approval
Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, addresses, quantities and selected options before submitting an order. For quoted custom projects, production begins after the agreed scope and price are confirmed.
Customer-provided content
By submitting text, images, handwriting, logos or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use them and authorize Minted & Marked to reproduce them solely to fulfill and support your request.
Materials and appearance
Natural materials may vary in grain, color and texture. Screen colors and concept photography are guides and may not exactly match the physical product.
Pricing, payment and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Custom sizing, materials, quantity and personalization may change a quoted price. An order is not accepted if payment fails, required information is missing or the requested product cannot be produced.
Shipping, cancellations and corrections
Shipping and personalized-item support are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Contact us promptly if an order detail needs correction.
Reasonable use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful or unsafe content. We may decline work that cannot be produced responsibly or within our capabilities.
